As chief executive, Peter has overall responsibility for Aspire Defence and for the delivery of the contracted services to the MoD. He is responsible for the financing of the Project and for the interests of the shareholders.

Peter has been involved with the Project since 2001 when, with Arthur Moore the current Chairman, he formed the Aspire Defence joint venture between Carillion and KBR.
