Our Programme

Project Allenby/Connaught is making soldiers’ lives better and will continue to do so over the course of the 35 year contract by:

Undertaking construction and refurbishment of 11,500 en-suite bedrooms for single soldiers
Building new dining centres, messes and community facilities
Providing:
- Mess management
- Catering services
- Transport management
- Building maintenance
- Stores management
- Grounds maintenance

Aspire combines the complementary skills of our parent companies, KBR and Carillion, each of which has extensive experience in construction, programme management and service delivery. In addition Aspire is working in partnership with world class sub-contractors and service delivery organisations who offer specialist expertise.
