Help For Heroes

Aspire Defence supports Help for Heroes, a national charity aimed at helping injured service personnel returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.

The charity's original aim was to raise £8 million for a rehabilitation complex at Headley Court in Surrey.They have surpassed this figure by miles and the new facility was recently opened which includes a swimming pool, two gyms and a research centre. The new facilities will provide a crucial centre for physical rehabilitation. Launched in October 2007, the charity has been raising approximately £1m a month ever since.

Aspire Defence has donated in excess of £100,000 to the charity through various fundraising activities, and also provides office and support services from which the charity can operate in Tidworth.
