Graham spent 22 years in the Royal Air Force. He held a full range of staff and command appointments, his last being as part of the MoD project team for Al Yamamah, the sale and support of the weapons systems to Saudi Arabia.

Graham has spent the last 16 years in facilities management, in both the private and public sector and has been closely involved in PFIs for most of that time, successfully mobilising a number of large contracts involving thousands of TUPE transferees.

He has also successfully run large multi site FM operations of a similar scale to Project Allenby/Connaught.
