We are the UK’s largest construction contract working over a large geographical area which will take eight years to complete. But it’s what lies behind the statistics that tells the story of this project’s uniqueness.

With the many buildings under construction there is a high degree of repetition. Our challenge is to look at how we did it last time and find a smarter, better, faster and more efficient way of doing it next time.

The magnitude of the planning required to bring the design, procurement and construction together on time is a challenge as we remain fully committed to meet the MoD’s operational needs.
